1. Payment Terms
– All invoices are due upon receipt, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
– OSS Contracting reserves the right to apply late fees, interest charges, and legal fees for unpaid balances, as permitted by law.
– For projects billed in phases, progress payments are expected per the agreed schedule.
2. Warranty
– OSS Contracting provides a one-year warranty on workmanship and labor from the date of service.
– Manufacturer warranties may apply to products and equipment installed. These are subject to the terms provided by the manufacturer.
– Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, faulty electrical systems, water intrusion, or acts of God. payments are expected per the agreed schedule.
3. Change Orders
– Any changes to the original scope of work must be approved in writing.
– Additional charges resulting from approved changes will be reflected in updated invoices or billing statements.
4. Service Limitations
– OSS Contracting is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including weather, supply chain disruptions, or third-party coordination.
– Clients are responsible for providing safe and accessible work environments. Any hazardous conditions must be disclosed prior to service.
5. Lien Rights
– OSS Contracting reserves the right to file a mechanic’s lien for unpaid work in accordance with state law.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling
– Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid service charges.
– Rescheduling is subject to availability and may affect project timelines.
7. Use of Website

– By using our website, you agree not to misuse its content or attempt unauthorized access to secure areas.
8. Privacy
